You can find us just off the M1, Junction 23a at the following address:

We have signage on the double doors on the street between Field Street Gym and Middleton Physio. Enter through those doors, take the stairs to the 1st floor. At the top there is a set of doors which you should enter where you will then see signage directing you to the studio.
Parking:
There is ample free parking just a 30 seconds walk up the road next to St Winfrides Primary School on Britannia street. This public car park is free all day every day and is perfectly situated near the studio.
